Assisted Treasurer from 2011 to 2013.

Set up a design team and train team members for design projects. As team leader to spearhead the team for small D&B tenders, design proposal and project execution.

Design & Build projects (local) include industrial developments.

Interior Design Projects include residential and educational spaces in Singapore and Mongolia.

Overseas projects (Mongolia) include design concept for multipurpose sports complex and manage design of consultants for high rise residential projects

Design & Project Architect. Became team leader from 2013.

Involved in Institutional, Commercial and Private Residential Projects. Work scope involved from feasibility studies to design development, tender documentation, contract administration and management until construction completion.

Worked at the front line dealing with clients, consultants, authorities and construction teams to resolve issues.
